Where is Lavage available?
Across the DMV — D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We're headquartered in Waldorf, MD; pickup and delivery work throughout Charles County, Prince George's County, DC, Alexandria, Arlington, and Bowie. Outside that radius? Sign up and we'll notify you when we expand.
Are there delivery fees?
Local pickups inside ~10 miles of Waldorf are free. Beyond that, a small delivery fee scales with distance — $4.99 for nearby Charles County, $9.99 for the inner ring (Clinton, Fort Washington, Upper Marlboro, SE DC), $14.99 for the broader DMV (DC core, Bowie, Alexandria, Arlington). The exact fee shows in your booking before you confirm — never a surprise at delivery.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per-pound for wash & fold, per-item for dry cleaning and specialty. New customers get 20% off their first three orders.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from pickup to delivery. Rush service (same-day) is available in select cities for an additional fee.
Are cleaners and drivers vetted?
Every cleaner is independently certified — we verify business credentials, insurance, and conduct an in-person quality assessment. Drivers complete background checks and a service-standards course.
What if something is damaged?
Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a fair resolution — refund, credit, or replacement. We're a small local team, not a faceless platform — if something goes wrong we want to make it right.
